Caption: A volunteer uncaps honeycomb from a beehive. He is using a fork to remove the wax cappings from the comb. The honeycomb can then be cut into sections or put in a centrifuge to extract the honey. The empty comb can be re-used and the wax cappings are saved to make beeswax.
