Caption: Konstantin Nikolayevich Kornilov (1879-1957), Russian psychologist. Kornilov was a teacher in Siberia from 1898 to 1905. He graduated from Moscow University in 1910 and went on to become director of the Scientific Research Institute of Psychology. He led a methodological reconstruction of psychology on Marxist principles, and worked in the fields of educational psychology and psychology of personality. He was awarded two Orders of Lenin.
