Caption: Bluehead Wrasse, Thalassoma bifasciatum, can grow to 18cm (7in.). Common in the Caribbean; can be found on a wide variety of reefs and seagrass beds. It has several phases as it matures. The juveniles can act as cleaner fish. Photographed in Grand Cayman.
