Caption: Inuit hunters with Greenland shark. Group of Inuit (Inughiut) hunters hauling a Greenland shark (Somniosus microcephalus) onto the ice from coastal waters. It was caught using a baited hook lowered through a hole in the sea ice. Photographed in April, on an ice floe at the edge of the coastal ice in Hvalsund, near Herbert Island, Qaanaaq, Greenland.
