Madagascar coucal (Centropus toulou). This bird is found mostly in Madagascar, and also in one island in the Seychelles. It lives in habitats with bushy vegetation. It is a predator, feeding on the ground by pursuing and pouncing on prey in the undergrowth. Its prey includes large insects, spiders and other invertebrates, as well as small lizards and rodents.
