This is the Reschen reservoir in the Reschen Pass between Inn valley, Austria, and Vinschgau valley, Italy. The pass is at an elevation of 1507 meters in the Alps mountains. The reservoir was formed in 1950 when a dam was built. Graun and Reschen had to be abandoned to the rising waters. This clock tower is part of the church of drowned Graun, and dates from the 14th century.
