Caption: Osteosarcoma cells. Immunofluorescence light micrograph of human osteosarcoma cells stained to show cell proteins and organelles. These cells are stained for tubulin (green), PIK3CA (red), and mitochondria (blue). PIK3C2a is a member of the phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3K) family. PI3-kinases play roles in signalling pathways involved in cell proliferation, oncogenic transformation, cell survival, cell migration, and intracellular protein trafficking. Magnification: x1030 when printed at 10 centimetres wide.
