Fluorescence deconvolution micrograph of a section through heart muscle (myocardium) showing contractile myosin (green), myocyte (muscle cell) nuclei (blue) and adrenoreceptors (red). Adrenoreceptors respond to adrenalin, causing a sympathetic (fight or flight) response. This makes the heart beat harder when adrenalin levels rise.
