Caption: Large nursery herd of giraffes (Giraffa camelopardalis), comprising adult females and their young, making their way to a waterhole. The giraffe is the tallest living land animal. It can grow to a height of 5.5 metres and weigh over a tonne. It feeds mainly on the twigs and leaves of trees. Filmed in the Auob riverbed of the Kgalagadi Transfrontier park in Southern Africa.
