Caption: Kennedy Space Center rocket transporters, aerial footage. Mobile Launcher Platform (MLP) and crawler-transporter at the Kennedy Space Center, Florida, USA. The MLP (the larger object) is behind the crawler-transporter. These platforms are used to transport large rockets and other launch vehicles from the nearby Vehicle Assembly Building (VAB) to the launch pads. Objects moved by these transporters include the Saturn V (Apollo program), the Space Shuttle, and the future Space Launch System (SLS). This footage was obtained in 2012.
