Caption: Tabular iceberg. Tabular icebergs, also known as table-top icebergs, have a flat table-like top. Icebergs are large pieces of freshwater ice that have broken off from a snow-formed glacier or ice shelf, and are floating in open water. Ninety per cent of an iceberg's mass is underwater. Photographed in the Weddell Sea, off the coast of the Antarctic Peninsula, in January.
