Caption: Mimetite, lead chloro-arsenate, is an attractive bright yellow mineral. It is related to a mineral called pyromorphite which has phosphorus instead of arsenic in its structure. Both minerals occur in fine crystals but mimetite also forms masses with a reniform (globular) appearance. The most attractive of these are found at Santa Eulalia in the state of Chihuahua, Mexico.
