Caption: Diseased black raspberry (Rubus occidentalis) leaves. These leaves have symptoms of black raspberry necrosis virus (BRNV). BRNV kills shoot tips and causes leaf mottling (shown) in black raspberry plants. However, it doesn't produce leaf mottling in red raspberry plants. It stunts growth and damages plant health, therefore reducing yield.
