Coloured scanning electron micrograph (SEM) of Twice-stabbed stink bug head (Cosmopepla bimaculata). The stink bug derives its name from its tendency to eject a foul smelling glandular substance secreted from pores in the thorax when disturbed. Magnification: x4 when shortest axis printed at 25 millimetres.
