Caption: Coloured scanning electron micrograph (SEM) Frog skeletal leg muscle fibres with exposed intracellular actin myosin filaments (Eleutherodactylus coqui). The muscle fibre was cut perpendicular to its length to expose the intracellular actin myosin filaments. Frog skin can be seen overlying the muscle in the lower portion of the image. Magnification: x70 when shortest axis printed at 25 millimetres.
