Caption: Three-striped poison dart frog (Epipedobates trivittatus) with tadpoles on its back. It uses a sticky mucus to carry the tadpoles high up into the canopy, where it will deposit them into pools of collected water in epiphytic plants. This frog was found in rainforest near Iquitos, Peru.
