Sentinel-2B is the second Sentinel-2 satellite to be launched as part of the ESA's Copernicus Programme - the world's largest single earth observation programme. It is scheduled for launch in 2017 and will provide multispectral imagery for a multitude of applications, from monitoring the health of the world's vegetation to mapping regions struck by natural disaster. Photographed in the Large Space Simulator at the ESA's European Space Research and Technology Centre (ESTEC), Netherlands, in June 2016.
