Footage of the ruins of buildings in Hiroshima, Japan, part of the destruction caused by the atomic bomb dropped by a US bomber on 6 August 1945 during World War II. The city of Hiroshima was destroyed by the 13-kiloton nuclear weapon. Around 90 percent of the buildings were destroyed, with only a few concrete-reinforced buildings surviving.
