These illustrations precede page 215 of volume 1, and accompany issue 13, dated 4 June 1666. The first illustration relates to the article 'A new contrivance of wheel-barometer' (pages 218-219). The other three illustrations show an optical phenomenon observed and described as 'An account of four suns [...] and of two rainbows...' (pages 219-222).
