SpaceX's Crew Dragon is a next-generation spacecraft that is intended to revolutionize access to space. It is designed to carry up to seven crew members to Earth orbit and beyond. The spacecraft will be capable of landing almost anywhere on Earth and be able to be rapidly refuelled and relaunched. SpaceX (Space Exploration Technologies) is a private US aerospace and space transport services company. It was founded in 2002 and has developed the Falcon rockets and the Dragon spacecraft. NASA is partnering with Boeing and SpaceX to build a new generation of human-rated spacecraft capable of taking astronauts to the ISS and back to Earth, thereby expanding research opportunities in orbit.
