Caption: Grace Agnes Peterson (died 1960), US mycologist. Peterson graduated from Cornell University, New York, USA, in 1926. She worked there until at least 1938, when she was on the staff of the Cornell Department of Plant Pathology. She also worked as a nature guide for campers at the Alice Rich Northrop Memorial Camp for many years between 1944 and 1960. She published a book of poems 'Sea Foam' (1935).
