Margaret Mann Lesley (1891-1988), US geneticist and cytologist. Lesley obtained her doctorate from the University of California in 1921. She worked primarily at the Department of Horticulture, University of California Citrus Experiment Station, Riverside, California. She published extensively with her husband James W. Lesley (1888-1982) on tomato breeding and genetics. She was also known for her cytological analyses.
