Caption: Saint Hubert Galleries. 1849 illustration of the Galeries Royales Saint-Hubert, Brussels, Belgium. This glazed shopping arcade was designed by architect Jean-Pierre Cluysenaer and was inaugurated on 20th June 1847. It runs under an arched glass-paned roof with a delicate cast-iron framework.
