Caption: Soviet cholera vaccination poster. Poster which appeared in the USSR in 1967, urging citizens to get themselves vaccinated against cholera. Cholera is spread in food and water infected by the bacterium Vibria cholerae. It causes vomiting and diarrhoea with death resulting from dehydration. Photographed in Russia.
