Caption: Hurricane Harvey from the International Space Station (ISS), viewed at 13:11 UTC on 25 August 2017. Hurricane Harvey made landfall as a category 4 storm near Rockport, Texas, on 26 August 2017. It weakened to a tropical storm and became a slow-moving system that deluged the greater Houston area with rain, causing catastrophic flooding. Photographed by a member of the ISS Expedition 52 crew.
