Caption: Intraocular lens. Multifocal implant (ocular surgery for the correction of presbyopia). The multifocal implant is inserted in replacement of the eye lens. The trabecular meshwork (dark blue structures) can be seen at the outer edges of the iris (blue). This spongy tissue directs the aqueous humour through the Schlemm's canal and out of the eye through the ocular veins (blue string-like structures).
