Caption: Springbok herd (Antidorcas marsupialis). This medium-sized gazelle-like antelope is found on the savannahs and open dry plains of southern Africa. It feeds on grasses, leaves and shoots and can be up to 90 centimetres tall at the shoulder. It is also a national symbol of South Africa. Photographed in Etosha National Park, Namibia.
