Findings include a large volume of ascites secondary to peritoneal metastases, likely from a small occult ovarian cancer. Neoplastic omental caking is present anterior to the transverse colon. These axial sections include the liver (blue), kidneys (green), colon (grey), vertebrae (brown) and the cancerous omentum (red).
