If you need to cancel a purchase, please contact your Account Manager. All customers of Science Photo Library have 30 days to cancel unused licences and request a refund. Before a refund can be issued, we would request confirmation, by email, letter or fax, that unused content has been deleted from all storage devices. Purchases are considered final after 30 days.

Science Photo Library strives for complete accuracy with our images, videos and corresponding metadata. However, for your peace of mind all purchases are covered by up to £2,000,000 (£2 Million GBP) Professional Indemnity Insurance. This is granted to every licensee worldwide, including USA and Canada. Professional indemnity insurance is provided by Hiscox Insurance Company Ltd.

For immediate access to images and videos, including high resolution and HD, you can calculate licence fees and complete your purchase online.

On payment you can download images and/or videos, along with your licence.
