Prolymphocytic leukaemia. Light micrograph showing sheets of prolymphocytes in the spleen. B-cell prolymphocytic leukaemia is a neoplasm of B-cell prolymphocytes involving the peripheral blood, bone marrow and spleen. Prolymphocytes must make up greater than 55% of the lymphoid cells in the peripheral blood.
