Emperor angelfish (Pomacanthus imperator) on a coral reef. This fish inhabits coral reefs in the tropical Indo-Pacific region. It can reach a length of up to 40 centimetres. It feeds mainly on sponges and sea squirts. Its striking colouration makes it a popular pet in the aquarium trade. Photographed in the Red Sea off Egypt.
