Side view of a 22 spot ladybird (Psyllobora vigintiduopunctata) resting on a leaf in a garden habitat. A bright yellow ladybird with 22 black spots being very small at up to 4mm in length. This species is found throughout Europe. The ladybird feeds on mildew on the surface of soil and low plants. Photographed in Somerset, UK, in July.
