ASTHMA, DRAWING Asthma - desensitization phase. Illustration of the sensitization phase occuring during the body's initial contact with an allergen. Allergens are presented to the ganglions at the T lymphocytes which present fragments to the B lymphocytes, setting off their transformation into plamocytes and the fabrication of Ige antibodies which, through the circulatory system, meet up with mastocytes and attach themselves to their surface.
