Empty streets in Detroit, Michigan, USA, during the 2019-20 outbreak of the new coronavirus SARS-CoV-2. This coronavirus causes a respiratory infection (Covid-19) that can lead to fatal pneumonia. As of the end of March 2020, over 750,000 have been infected worldwide with over 36,000 deaths. Social restrictions and infection control measures have been put in place to slow the spread of the virus. Photographed on 30 March 2020.
