Caption

Bronzed Cowbirds (Molothrus aeneus) follow livestock, especially cattle, feeding on the insects flushed from the grasses. Bronzed Cowbirds also feed on seeds and grain. During winter months, these birds form enormous flocks that move along the countryside with other blackbird species. Sonoran Desert, AZ.
