Benign breast tumour. Light micrograph of a section through human breast tissue showing an intraductal papilloma. Papillomas are benign (non-cancerous) tumours arising from epithelial (lining) tissues. Intraductal papillomas arise from the lining (epithelium) of the mammary ducts in the breasts.
