Wulfenite. View of crystals of the mineral wulfenite, also known as yellow lead ore. It is a transparent or subtranslucent mineral, consisting of lead molybdate (PbMoO4). Wulfenite crystallises in a tetragonal system which is clearly shown here. It is a minor source of molybdenum. This specimen is from Los Lamentos, Mexico.
