Albertosaurus dinosaur. Computer artwork of an Albertosaurus dinosaur feeding on a fallen Anchiceratops dinosaur. These dinosaurs inhabited what is now Canada in the late Cretaceous period, around 75 to 70 million years ago. Albertosaurus was a large carnivore that reached a length of around nine metres. Anchiceratops was a large herbivorous dinosaur that protected itself from attack with its neck shield and horns.
