Niagara River. Satellite image of the Niagara River, which links two of the Great Lakes, Ontario (top left) and Erie (bottom left). The Niagara River is 60 kilometres long and contains a large complex of waterfalls collectively known as Niagara Falls (centre left). The complex comprises three waterfalls, Horseshoe, or Canadian, Falls, American Falls and Bridal Veil Falls. The Niagara River forms part of the border between Ontario, Canada (left) and New York, USA (right). Buffalo City, USA is at lower right.
