Kenaf plants. Crop of kenaf plants (Hibiscus cannabinus). Kenaf is native to Africa, but is cultivated in Asia and North America to provide fibre for the manufacture of paper. It grows rapidly, attaining heights of around 4 metres in only 6 months. Photographed in Mississippi, USA.
