Hassan II Mosque, Casablanca. Satellite image of the area around the Hassan II Mosque (upper right), one of the largest mosques in the world, Casablanca, Morocco. The mosque was inaugurated on 30 August 1993, and its minaret (tower) is 200 metres high. The capacity of the mosque is 20,000 with room for 80,000 in the courtyard.
