Incubating cell cultures. Petri dishes and culture jars being incubated at 37 degrees Celsius (human body temperature). The dishes and jars contain a nutrient medium (pink) in which cell samples will grow and multiply. The cells are then studied and used in further research. A wide range of cells are grown and studied in this manner, including cancer cells and stem cells. Photographed at the Genethon Laboratory in France.
