Meat selection. Selection of meats and sausages. The meats include a leg of pork (at back) behind a leg of venison. A selection of salami-style sausages are at right. Garlic, peppers, onions and bay leaves are amongst the meats. The red meats seen here are a good source of protein and iron. However as they also contain large amounts of saturated fat they should be eaten in moderation.
