Caption

Bladder cancer cell. Coloured scanning electron micrograph (SEM) of a bladder cancer cell. It has recently divided and is still attached to the other cell by a cytoplasmic bridge (thin thread). Bladder cancer is more common in men than women. The main risk factors are a family history of the disease, smoking and exposure to certain chemicals.
