This lateral view from a selective external carotid artery angiogram shows the typical findings seen with a glomus tympanicum tumour-. This is a very vascular tumour- usually supplied by branches of the ascending pharyngeal artery and stylomastoid branches of the occipital artery. You can see a dense tumour- stain (red arrow).
