Hermaphrodite with the breasts of a woman and the penis and testicles of a man. True hermaphrodites have both sets of reproductive organs, the male testes and female ovaries, along with ambiguous external genitalia with a structure midway between that of a penis and a clitoris. False hermaphrodites or pseudohermaphrodites have either testes or ovaries but also exhibit characteristics of the other sex. Both types of hermaphroditism are caused by a hormonal imbalance resulting from glandular dysfunction.
