Caption

Intradermal naevus (brown) on a 50 year old man's skin. An intradermal naevus is a type of mole produced by the abnormal clustering of pigment cells (melanocytes) in the skin. Like other moles, they are harmless but can become malignant (cancerous) in very rare cases.
