Skin rash. Pompholyx rash on the hand of a 56- year-old man. This is a form of dermatitis (skin disorder) in which itchy blisters form without inflammation or fever. It usually appears on the hands or feet. It often develops for no apparent reason. Treatment is with corticosteroid drugs.
