This frontal (AP) x-ray view of the right shoulder shows an acromio-clavicular seperation. The distal clavicle/collor bone (towards your left) is abnormally elevated relative to the acromium. This occurred following trauma to the shoulder. The ligaments which hold the distal clavicle down in normal position have been partially torn.
