Caption

Partially dislocated fibula. Legs of a child showing a partial dislocation (subluxation) of the fibula in the right leg at the knee joint. Subluxation is where the bones of a joint move out of alignment, often with damage to surrounding soft tissue. The fibula will be manipulated back into position and the joint will be rested to allow the ligaments and other soft tissues to heal.
